Don't worry, I get it., life is busy...Holiday time, a busy work schedule, family commitments, seasonal weather changes and late nights can all wreak havoc on our digestion. But the body likes routine and due to factors often outside our control, we are unable to commit to eating at regular times, and eating the kind of foods that are more gentle on our digestion.
However, if we just give it what it needs during a short cleanse window, it can really help get us back on track. We are a reflection of the natural world around us.
